How Potato Chips (Normal Fryer) and Apple Snacks (Decompression Fryier) are different

The Decompression Fryer is a manufacturing process that uses the heat given off by oil to dry fruits and vegetables within the fryer. The fryer regulates the condition required to decompress these raw materials.
When being decompressed, the sliced frutis and vegetables are quickly dried at a high temprerature of 100 degrees Celsius.

Potato chips are different because they use this kind of manufacturing method.
As you can from the table below, Potato Chips found on the market contain more than twice the amount of oil than the Apple Snacks that are made using a decompression fryer.

Also, If an apple is fried in normal oil, it will either become greasy or it will burn.
The only way to prevent losing the delicous taste and vivid colors of the original apples during its manufacturing is to use the decomression fryer.
